PatSeq Bulk Download API Documentation

An API is provided for downloading PatSeq bulk data programmatically (e.g. in automated scheduled scripts). To use this, you need an access token to invoke the API. You can generate or revoke access tokens in the Sequence Bulk Download tab of the Lens work area. The access token can be submitted using the ‘access_token’ request parameter, or alternatively in the Authorization field of the HTTP request header.
